AK45 series drain valve, automatically drains condensate from steam systems during start-up until the calibration pressure is reached (0. 8 standard bar).

When the system is closed or if the pressure drops below the set value, the valve opens and the accumulated condensate is drained to the ground.

The valve is equipped with a knob so that it can be opened manually for a short time, with the system under pressure, to eliminate any deposits from the valve seat.

Install the valve so that the outlet is at atmospheric pressure (without back pressure), on vertical lines with flow from top to bottom. The flow direction and the location are indicated by an arrow on the body.
